Litana group is one of the biggest manufacturers of steel structures for construction in Baltic States. About 700 tons of steel structures are produced per month at steel production factories. All the structures are manufactured applying advanced technologies. Litana group specialists produce both standard metal structures for load-bearing frames of the building. As well as pipelines, ventilation ducts, pressure vessels, filter frames, etc. Factories are certified according to requirements of the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EN 1090-2, EN 3834-2.

Manufacturing of stainless steel items

Litana group‘s specialists design and manufacture items from various stainless steel grades for a wide variety of aims and purposes. Supply of stainless steel items includes various types of conveyors, platforms, reservoirs and etc. for the food processing industry that are manufactured according to 2006/42/ES regulation. For industrial projects, it also includes pipes of various diameters, tanks, ladders, gangways and more. Litana group’s professionals can also install the machinery, commission it and arrange the periodic maintenance services.

Assembly and rent of scaffolding systems

Nearly 100 Litana group’s specialists carry out the assembly of scaffolding systems, platforms, rolling towers, safety meshes on the objects that are in operation or under construction, as well as their maintenance and dismantling. We deal with all types of industrial and facade scaffolds; in addition, the well-known German company Layher acts as our loyal partner and consultant. Because of our cooperation, we can fulfil any requests of our customers, for example the assembly of temporary catwalks, tents and the covering of scaffolds with thermal insulating plastic film. Litana group’s scaffolding specialists passed special training and obtain the necessary certificates and licenses to carry out works in EU countries.

Industrial projects

Litana professionals participate in electrical power, petrochemical, mining and nuclear industry building and reconstruction projects. Our plants produce pipelines and ventilation channels of various diameters, overhead trays, filters and other nonstandard equipment. We perform all range of services on site, including assembly and welding works, gas pipeline tubing works, assembly of scaffold bridges, large-size equipment. We carry out painting and insulation works, plus work with carbon and stainless steel, including chrome-molybdenum and DUPLEX steel in accordance with the following standards: EN, NORSOK, ASME/ASTM and so on.
