On the 22nd of July the seminar cycle “From the specialist to the leader in 24 hours” was initiated with the aimto disclose the leadership potential among “Litana” employees and its development in the practice. About 150 employees will be covered by this training program. The training sessions will last till the end of year.

During the first cycle of seminars, a business coach Gediminas Anužis will get the participants acquainted with the management styles, the team leader‘s scope of responsibility according to the “SMART“ methodology and those issues he is going to cope with, with team destroying factors and with systemic decisions helping to avoid the past mistakes.
