Continuous improvement of information technologies and their use in personnel management processes motivates „Litana“ group to keep up with the times: it was decided to abandon the current ineffective program of personnel accounting, payroll and other financial data management. According to HR Director Jurgita Jašinskytė-Ostrovskienė, the new „Bonus“ software platform will optimize the processes of payroll and personnel management, as well as the work of the financial and economics departments. Automation of processes will significantly simplify them and transfer data between computer systems in real time. This will speed up access to important information and improve communication efficiency.
