After a year-long internal initiative "Spartakiada 2024", during which employees competed in various events and accumulated points, the best-performing members of the teams were awarded with an exclusive prize of a financial fund for a trip of their choice. The winners chose a spectacular Mediterranean cruise, visiting three European countries - Spain, France and Italy.  This experience was made even more meaningful as the Costa Smeralda cruise ship on which the winners travelled was built in the Finnish branch of the Litana Group team, in the Turku shipyard. It is a significant testament to the company's engineering achievements and an inspiring example to employees that their efforts, togetherness and perseverance lead to extraordinary experiences. We are delighted to contribute to such large-scale international projects and to encourage employee involvement in active internal initiatives.
