On the 30th of August, the first group of employees from Litana’s Lithuanian branch successfully completed the training session “From specialist to leader in 24 hours”. The main purpose of the seminar was to develop the effective communication skills, to build up the proper feedback, to understand and accept the psychological differences of team members applying the various managing techniques. According to a business trainer Gediminas Anužis, there are plenty of situations during the work requiring the engagement of leadership skills, therefor an extra attention was paid to the practical exercises. Employees were trained on the feedback techniques based purely on actual data, without the application of psychological abuse, applying various motivational methods, analysed people manipulation examples and how to prevent it. Employees were very actively involved in practical exercises, the alive discussion was kept throughout the whole training course.
